Our food was ready for an hour before it was picked up for delivery. I dont know if that was the restaurant or your services fault but that is simply not acceptable. The food was cold when it arrived. Since there is no way to communicate with your service, we were left wondering why the food had not been delivered to a location less than a mile from the restaurant over an hour after the tracking said the order was ready for delivery.
